The Departure --

Finally as a crewmember sitting on deck thirteen I watch the city lights of Oahu fade off into the distance. The moon is nearly full, and making a beautiful glow on the ocean surface. Today we got 2,300 new passengers aboard, and 20 new crewmembers who are now starting their own STCW training. I am sure I looked just as afraid as they did walking on board today; its hard to imagine that it has only been seven days. Tomorrow we start another training course in customer service and what not; I also start training in the photo department. New things everyday are happening, and my new lifestyle is forming slowly.
